Yashi Culture currently employs 58 full-time staff members. We operate with clear role division and seamless team collaboration, backed by years of hands-on experience in lighting customization and on-site project implementation. Our core design team is made up of 1 design director and 3 professional lighting designers. The team has long been engaged in light art decoration, lantern scene design and night tourism visual planning. We never adopt generic template designs. Based on clients’ actual site conditions, project themes, application scenarios and budget standards, we independently complete creative planning, overall scheme layout, effect rendering and construction drawing output. We ensure every design solution is aesthetically pleasing, practically implementable and fully tailored to real project needs.
We have a team of dedicated project managers who provide full-cycle tracking for every project. Covering early communication, solution confirmation, production scheduling and logistics arrangement, all the way to on-site construction coordination, installation supervision and final acceptance delivery, our managers offer one-stop overall control. They coordinate the work of the design team, factory production, logistics and on-site construction teams, update project progress in a timely manner and solve various on-site technical and detailed problems. This strict whole-process management ensures every project is delivered on time and up to standard, bringing clients transparent and worry-free cooperation experience.
We are supported by an experienced team of front-line production and construction workers. Our factory staff specialize in steel frame fabrication, fabric wrapping, circuit wiring, waterproof reinforcement and finished product assembly. They are fully familiar with the production standards and weather resistance requirements of all kinds of outdoor lighting products. Our on-site construction workers have mature experience in outdoor installation, scene arrangement and equipment commissioning. Capable of handling complex construction environments in scenic areas, commercial blocks and theme parks, they deliver meticulous workmanship and efficient execution, guaranteeing stable quality for every product and every on-site project.
